Totally renovated, our charming 2 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of former Frenchconcession, the best location to stay in Shanghai. The neighbourhood is made of small streets full of trees with a mix of local life and cozy cafe, hype restaurant, and nice boutiques. Our place will definitely be your oasis of calm and coziness to experience the local Shanghai lifestyle.

Our place is a large 90sqm 2 bedroom apartment located on the second floor of an architecture heritage building. We have a cute balcony big enough to chill out with a coffee or a drink. This is our main residence so we re-designed and decorated our place with wood floor, nice furniture and professional equipments such as central heating, central A/C with wall control in every room, water filter … Since we have kids, our place is perfect for family.
# Living room & kitchen: a large 35 sqm living room with open kitchen, dining table and sofa area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, american style fridge, wine fridge, and kitchen island. We also have a projector and dvd player, perfect for relaxing movie time after a day walking around the city.
# main bedroom: our main bedroom has a top quality queen size bed, a dressing room, and a TV.
# 2nd bedroom: 2nd bedroom has a mezzanine with a bed, and downstair an office, a kid bed, and a piano.
# Bathroom: Mozaic floor, rain shower, a small bath, and toilet. It is also equipped with a washing machine, and a changing station.
Please note that we have 2 lovely cats, that are very discret and that have their own place in the apartment in the mezzanine of the corridor. During your stay, we will ask you if possible to fulfil their plates with cat food in the morning and at night. We will have a cleaning lady that will come every 2 days to take care of their toilets, so no worries. The cleaning lady will also be available to tide up the apartment if you need.

Located in the best charming historical walking area of Shanghai, full of threes and beautiful houses, also close to the lively night life area.

The apartment is located on the second floor (3rd floor according to chinese standard) and accessible with stairs. There’s also 24H security guard at the residence entrance. Guest will have access to the entire apartment, but please note that we will have our clothes and stuff stored in our appartment.
We will respect privacy of our guests. We will certainly be away when you’ll be in our apartment but you’ll have a key contact person that will be there for you in case of any questions or trouble.
