Located in the north of Jingan district, we painted and renovated the apartment when we moved in a couple of years ago to give it a cozy touch for our family. One big living and dining room with a shiny balcony looking into the garden of the compound. Fully furnished kitchen. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, guest room with double bed, and a secondary bathroom with shower for everybody. The maid is coming several times a week to keep everything tidy and clean. Everything is ready for you to come to discover and enjoy Shanghai, the pearl of the East.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

Located in the north of Jingan district. In the very corner of Wuning Road Metro Station. In 10 to 20 minutes you can be anywhere in the city center. From the Bund, to Pudong or Xintiandi. In front of the compound, there is a big Carrefour hypermarket and in the same block, there is the 889 shopping mall with restaurants, plenty of shops, and an international premium supermarket. You also have a local fresh market and many little Chinese shops in Yuyao Road, just 5 minutes walking from the house to get the feeling of the Chinese way of life. Just 10 minutes walking to Wuding Road and Yanping Road where you can find plenty of bars and restaurants.
