Qu'attendez vous? Choisissez notre maison comme base pour votre voyage! Préférez-vous des vacances en pleine nature ou la découverte des centres historiques? Voulez-vous essayer un restaurant étoilé ou préférez-vous une taverne typique? Ici vous pouvez trouver tout! Il y a beaucoup de pays et de bons restaurants encore plus, nous vous aiderons à décider où aller, que voir et où manger! Notre maison est entourée de nature, de vignes et de bois, mais à 2 minutes du centre-ville. Nous sommes deux architectes et nous l'avons conçu pour nous, il est spacieux et lumineux, avec de grandes fenêtres donnant sur les collines verdoyantes du PATRIMOINE DE L'UNESCO. C’est une maison indépendante. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez un grand salon, une salle de bain et la grande cuisine qui donne sur le jardin d’un côté et de l’autre sur un balcon avec vue sur les collines et les Alpes ( par temps clair, vous verrez toute la chaîne de montagnes avec le Monviso qui se détache dans le ciel). Au premier étage se trouvent une chambre double, la salle de bain principale avec une grande douche et un double lavabo et la chambre des filles, grande, avec deux lits queen-size (120 cm) et un canapé-lit. En outre, il y a un sous-sol avec une grande taverne avec un canapé-lit, deux grandes tables et une belle fenêtre sur le vignoble.

Notre maison est parfaite comme base pour connaître le Piémont. Cherchez sur Internet pour "Monferrato" et "Piémont", vous trouverez de nombreuses idées pour votre voyage. Nombreux petits villages et villes (Agliano avec ses thermes et SPA, Nizza Monferrato, Canelli, Barolo, Barbareso, Neive), villes (Asti, Alba et même Turin), itinéraires dans les collines en voiture, à vélo, à cheval ou à pied, dégustation de VINS locaux et, en saison, la très prisée TRUFFLE blanche. 15 km d'Asti et de Nizza Monferrato, 25 km de Neive, 30 km d'Alba et Acqui Terme, 35 km de Barolo et Alessandria, 45 km de Bra et 75 km de Turin (très pratique pour rejoindre même en train). Le Monferrato et les Langhe sont des territoires riches en histoire, en gastronomie et en vin. Ce n’est pas pour rien qu’il fait partie des territoires protégés par l’UNESCO. Le village de Montaldo Scarampi est très petit, vous pouvez rejoindre une petite épicerie à pied, mais à 3 minutes en voiture, vous trouverez Montegrosso d'Asti, avec ses magasins et ses supermarchés. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal pour de merveilleuses promenades au milieu de la verdure et des vignes.

Nous avons deux chats, Brioche et Caramella, qui sont très gentils et indépendants. Si vous n'êtes pas un amoureux des chats, vous pouvez simplement les nourrir une fois par jour. Ils entrent et sortent seuls avec une porte pour les chats dans la salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée, vous n'aurez même pas à changer le sable de la litière car ils sortent toujours. Si vous aimez les chats, vous pouvez les câliner, les brosser et les laisser jouer. Mes parents vivent très proches de nous, si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, ils se feront un plaisir de vous aider.

Do you want to try a Michelin-starred restaurant or do you prefer a typical local tavern? Here you'll have all these possibilities, there are many villages and good restaurants even more. If you want we can help you decide where to go, what to see and where to eat! Our house is surrounded by nature, by VINEYARDS and woods, but 2 minutes from the town center. We are two architects and we designed it for us, it is bright and spacious, with large windows overlooking the green hills of UNESCO HERITAGE. It is a detached house, on the ground floor you will find a large living room, a bathroom and the big kitchen, which overlook the garden on one side, while on the other side there is a balcony with a view of the hills and the Alps (on clear days you will see the whole mountain range with the Monviso that stands out in the sky). On the first floor there is a double bedroom, the main bathroom with a large shower and double sink and the girls' bedroom, large, with two queen-size beds (120 cm) and a sofa bed. In addition there is a basement with a large tavern with a sofa bed, two large tables and a beautiful window on the vineyard.

We have two cats, Brioche and Caramella, which are very sweet and independent. If you are not a cat lover you can simply feed them once a day. They go in and out on their own with a door for cats in the bathroom on the ground floor, you won't even have to change the sand in the litter because they always go out. If you love cats, you can cuddle them, brush them and let them play. My parents live very close to us, if you need anything, they will be happy to help you.

Cosa aspettate? Scegliete la nostra casa come punto d'appoggio per il vostro viaggio! Preferisci una vacanza in mezzo alla natura o alla scoperta dei centri storici? Vuoi provare un ristorante premiato con le stelle Michelin o preferisci una tipica osteria del posto? Qui i luoghi da visitare sono tanti e i buoni ristoranti ancora di più! La nostra casa è in mezzo alla natura, circondata da VIGNE e boschi, ma a 2 minuti dal centro del paese. Siamo due architetti e l'abbiamo progettata per noi, è luminosa e spaziosa, con grandi finestre sul verde delle colline patrimonio Unesco. Cerca su internet "Monferrato" e "Piemonte" troverai tante idee per il tuo viaggio. Tanti piccoli borghi e paesi (Agliano con le sue terme e SPA, Nizza Monferrato, Canelli, Barolo, Barbareso, Neive), città (Asti, Alba e anche Torino), percorsi sulle colline in macchina, bici o a piedi, degustazione di VINI locali e, in stagione, del pregiatissimo TARTUFO bianco. E' una casa indipendente, al piano terra troverete un ampio soggiorno, un bagno e la cucina, che si affacciano sul giardino da un lato, e dall'altro su un balcone con vista sulle colline e sulle Alpi (nelle giornate nitide vedrete tutta la catena montuosa con il Monviso che si staglia nel cielo). Al primo piano una camera da letto matrimoniale, il bagno principale con una grande doccia e doppio lavabo e la camera da letto delle bambine, grande, con due letti da una piazza e mezza (120 cm ) e un divano letto. Inoltre c'è un seminterrato con una grande tavernetta con un divano letto, due grandi tavoli e una bella vetrata sulla vigna.

La nostra casa è perfetta come punto d'appoggio per conoscere il Piemonte. A 10' dalle terme di Agliano, a 15' da Asti e da Nizza Monferrato, 25' da Neive e da Alba, 30' da Diano d'Alba, Barolo, Barbaresco e Grinzane Cavour, 35' da Acqui Terme e da Alessandria, 45' da Bra e 1 h da Torino (molto comoda da raggiungere anche in treno). Il Monferrato e le Langhe sono territori ricchi di storia, buon cibo e ottimo vino, non per niente sono stati inseriti tra i territori tutelati dall'UNESCO. Il paese di Montaldo Scarampi è piccolissimo, a piedi potete raggiungere un piccolo negozio di alimentari, ma a 3 minuti di macchina troverete Montegrosso d'Asti, con negozi e supermercati. La posizione della casa è perfetta per stupende passeggiate in mezzo al verde e alle vigne.

Abbiamo due gatte, Brioche e Caramella, che sono molto brave e indipendenti. Se non siete amanti dei gatti potrete semplicemente dare loro da mangiare una volta al giorno. Entrano ed escono da sole con una porticina per gatti nel bagno del piano terra, non dovrete neanche cambiare la sabbia nella lettiera perchè vanno sempre fuori. Se invece, come noi, siete amanti dei gatti, potrete coccolarle, spazzolarle e farle giocare. I miei genitori abitano molto vicino a noi, se doveste avere bisogno di qualsiasi cosa saranno ben lieti di darvi una mano.
