Our home is located in the 1600 villa Kraus. It has an independent entrance and a stunning view with its own parking lot.

Fiesole in one of the most beautiful neighbours of Firenze. It gives you the possibility of admire the view of all the city, but without the chaos of living in the city center. It is really green, full of nature and history. In fact there are many Eteuscan ruins. The restaurants are also very high level in piazza mino the main square of fiesole.

the apartment is in one of the most famous panoramic point of florence, with a large terrace from which you can see all the city. It has two bedrooms, two large bathroom and one large open space livingroom. It also has a private parking and a private access.

I live 5 minutes from the main piazza of fiesole, one of the most famous panoramic point of the tuscany. you can easily reach the center of florence by bus, the stop is in front of the home and it tkes 15 min to get to piazza san marco (it is an ecobus :) ).

The house is a historic villa "villa kraus" that in modern times was divided in apartments. It is very charming because you can have a taste of what was florece at the pick of its brightess; but at the same time the interiors are modernized. So to me the house represent the beauty of our history with the confort of our times. I love my city and if you have any question about were to go, where to eat or the different means of transport I will be more than happy to help you making you experience special.
