The house is located in the historic center, a few steps from the main sites of historical and cultural interest, declared by UNESCO "World Heritage". You will like the apartment for its elegance, atmosphere, interior brightness and attention to detail. Consisting of kitchen, living room, 2 large double bedrooms with memory foam beds and pillows, and 2 large bathrooms, it is equipped with a safe, a flat-screen TV in every room, free WiFi, a washing machine and a dryer. La casa è situata a Palermo in pieno centro storico, a pochi passi dai principali siti di interesse storico e culturale, dichiarati dall'Unesco "patrimonio dell'Umanità". L'appartamento ti piacerà per l'eleganza, l'atmosfera, la luminosità degli interni e l'attenzione ai dettagli. Composto da cucina, salotto, 2 ampie camere da letto matrimoniali con letti e cuscini in memory foam, e 2 ampi bagni, è dotato di cassaforte, tv a schermo piatto in ogni stanza, wifi gratis, lavatrice e asciugatrice.

The house is located in the heart of the historic center, in the heart of Palermo, the site of historic palaces, majestic churches and famous popular markets . Just a few feet away from the main attractions of cultural and artistic interest: the Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral, San Giovanni degli Eremiti, Piazza Pretoria, The Cappella Palatina, the Politeama and the famous markets of Vucciria, Ballarò and Capo, with the possibility to taste the typical Palermitan dishes and its famous street food. La casa si trova in pieno centro storico, nel cuore pulsante di Palermo, il luogo dei palazzi storici, delle chiese maestose e dei mercati famosi in tutto il mondo. A pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni di interesse storico culturale e artistico: il Teatro Massimo, la Cattedrale, San Giovanni degli Eremiti, Piazza Pretoria, la Cappella Palatina, il Politeama oltre ai famosi mercati della Vucciria, di Ballarò e del Capo, con la possibilità di assaggiare i piatti tipici palermitani e il suo famoso street food.

Thanks to the central position of the apartment it will be possible to visit the city on foot without using the car. Around, there are the most important cultural sites where you can admire the best of Norman, Arab, Spanish and French art, the result of the city's secular domination. The center is also the place where you can visit the artisan workshops, buying Sicilian ceramics, typical products, as well as the banks of historical markets with their products, colors and perfumes. The house is also 1 km from the Central Station, 3 km from the Port and is well connected by public transport which it will also be possible go to the famous beach of Mondello at 7km. Grazie alla centralissima posizione dell'appartamento sarà possibile visitare la città a piedi senza dover usare la macchina. Intorno, ci sono i siti culturali più importanti dove è possibile ammirare il meglio dell'arte normanna, araba, spagnola e francese, frutto delle secolari dominazioni della città. Il centro è anche il luogo dove è possibile visitare le botteghe artigiane, quelle della ceramica siciliana, dei prodotti tipici, oltre ai banchi dei mercati storici con i loro prodotti, colori e profumi. La casa si trova inoltre a 1 km dalla Stazione Centrale, a 3 km dal Porto ed è ben collegata dai mezzi pubblici con cui sarà possibile raggiungere anche la famosa località balneare di Mondello a 7km.

Questa è la nostra casa vacanza e spesso non ci troverete, tuttavia abbiamo persone del luogo pronte ad aiutarvi per qualsiasi cosa. Per il vostro soggiorno presso la nostra casa chiediamo 40€ di pulizia finale che potrete pagare a chi vi verrà a dare il benvenuto.
