Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

Our cosy and child-friendly home is where we restitute, relaxe, do creative projects, play and enjoy time together or each in our different space. It is no luxury but very comfortable and very typical for Copenhagen apartments with wooden floors, old wooden doors, large windows and thus very luminous. We live on the first floor and the heart of the apartment is our large integrated dining/living room designed to satisfy both childish and grown up needs. The 5-person couch in the living room changes easily into a comfy sofa-bed which sleeps two persons. Furthermore, the apartment disposes of a small modern kitchen equippped with all the utensils you need, a children's bed room with a home made bunk bed and a loft/play ground with a cosy pirate cave, a swing and a climbing wall, a parent's bedroom with a queen size bed and a baby crib, a shower and a small but functional toilet which disposes of a baby changing table. From the kitchen you can acces our closed court yard, which we share with the lovely neighbours of our housing association. The garden/court yard disposes of several seating areas and two playground areas, one with swings and a play house and the other with a sand box full of toys and a baby slide. We have very good realtionships with our neighbours many of whom have small children and often come together in the afternoon for chats and playing. They will definately be helpful with any doubts you might have or tips for the surrounding neighbourhood.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

We live in the neighbourhood of Nørrebro which is famous for its cultural diversity and mixed population which gives it an international feel. We live in a walking distance from different green parks such as Fælledparken with the foot ball stadion and Nørrebro park, public squares such as Balder's square and Superkilen which often hosts flee markets, food festivals and music festivals during spring and summer. We are surrounded by cosy and trendy coctail bars, micro brewery beer joints, fancy restaurants, shawarma bars etc. We are very well communicated by several buses which take you to Nørreport metro station in 10 mins., central station in 15 mins and different neighbourhoods just as easily. TIVOLI amusement parc is 12 mins away by bus, the ZOO is 20 mins away by bus, the beach is 10 mins and a small walk away, and nothing is more than half an hour away. Copenhagen is a small town! In july 2019 a new subway/metro ring will be completed with a station right outside the door which will make it even easier and faster to get around to all the sights of Copenhagen.
