Modern cityhouse in family friendly neighbourhood only 15 minutes from Copenhagen city center by public transport or by bicycle. The house is from 2015 and the 110 sqm is perfect for a family with children. The house consists of a large kitchen-dining area. The living room has direct access to the garden which is perfect for warm summer evenings on the terrace. The first floor includes a large bedroom and two children's rooms with views over green areas. The cityhouse is located in a small housing association of 52 terraced houses. Here are many families with children and it is buzzing with outdoor life in the summer. In the back gardens most evenings are spend with outdoor dining in a cheerful atmosphere. There will be outdoor gas grill available in the residence.

The house is located in a family friendly neighbourhood with a sandbox etc. right outside the door. In cycling distance you will find the center of Copenhagen , Amager Strandpark and Fileds Shopping Center. There is a 5-10 minute walk to public transportation. Three different bus lines will take you to all parts of Copenhagen. In addition, the metro is 10 minutes away by bike or 5 minutes by bus (line 35) There will be three bikes (one with child seat) available during the stay
