Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

Our flat is very spacious and comfortable. Ideal for family with kids. It has two balconies, a living room, children's room, bedroom, kitchen. Both balconies have beautiful views and are great in the summer to hang out with a glass of wine. We have great neighbors, usually families with kids that we know very well.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

Our neighborhood is called Holešovice. It is a former working-class neighborhood (many former factories) now with cafes, affordable restaurants and bistros and the best farmers' market in Prague (10 minutes by walk). There is Stromovka, the biggest and the most beautiful park in Prague, just 3 tram stops away (10-15 minutes). The Old Town Square, the main tourist site is 20 minutes by tram. There is a bus stop right next to our building and a tram stop 5 minutes away. Our building is just next to the river Vltava. Holešovice lies next to Letná (10 minutes by tram), a very cool neighborhood with art cinema, theater, plenty of cafes, restaurants, clubs and another park. Across the bridge is Karlín, another nice and worth-to-explore neighborhood. Both Holešovice and Letná are populated by families with kids so there are plenty of playgrounds, children-friendly cafes, etc.
