Our apartment in Palermo is part of a Villa that was owned by my grandpa. It's surrounded by a beautiful garden with a magnificent orchard where you can eat, relax or read a book in total peace.
The apartment has been fully renovated in 2016. It has two double bedrooms, a big living room with a sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry room with a washing machine.

The place is perfect either if you're coming to relax on the beaches nearby or to explore the infinite cultural heritage of the city of Palermo.
We are located 20 minutes by car from the Falcone Borsellino Airport (PMO), 15 minutes from the Mondello beach and 20 minutes from the city centre.
We are located in front of a supermarket and the bus stop going downtown is just outside.
The neighborhood is absolutely safe and the Villa is located inside a Residence with a concierge at the gate.

Our apartment sits on the ground floor of a beautiful Villa in a residential area of Palermo. A wonderful and peaceful garden is all around the house, where you can relax, read a book or have dinner. It's just 15 minutes by car to the city center and 15 minutes by car to the seaside. It's not far either from the Falcone Borsellino Airport.
We don't live in this apartment, so it's free all year long, but it is equipped with everything you may need for your stay.
