Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

The flat is in a new (2008) building on the 4th floor, with elevator. The apartment ( 64sqm) is fully renovated, absolutely quiet.The apartment consists of : One living room / dining room with sun-drenched balcony with dining area, fully equipped kitchen . One bedroom with a large window , one bathroom with toilet and one separate toilet, and washing room. In the bedroom can sleep 2, and I have an airebad, you can use it in the livingroom, so, than in the flat, can stay 4 ! The flat comes with a guarded garage parking space. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, huge fridge. WIFI, internet and tv available. I can happily give you tips and recommendations about the city, to make your stay even more comfortable. The flat is a second home, we live close nearby.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

The flat is located 10 minutes from the city centre by public transport. Under the next house there is a Restaurant, a Cafe, and an ALDI . Just 3 bus stop to the Buda Castle / with lots of exibitions all the time. /, or the the Citadella. on Gellert hill. Famous Gellert thermal bath is just 3 stops, Rudas bath 2 stops. The main shopping street- Vaci utca-is just 3 bus stop too.

I prefer to see big cities, or see sides! I prefer to change flats, but if You ask me for GP change , you should know, that it cant be less , than a week. I know You ll take care my flat, but I'd like to ask 50 Euro for the cleaning lady, (towels, bed sheets) Well maintained ,guarded building. In our street we have a restaurant, an ALDI shop, a Cafe, hairdressers, aphoteka, grocery. 6 min, by foot , to a wellness center, with swimmingpool. Close to city centre, just 3 bus stop.
