This stylish apartment is located in the center of Budapest, just behind the famous Opera House.The apartment is on the ground floor and overlooks the courtyard of a historic building which is well maintained and very quiet. The location is ideally surrounded by restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, theaters and music academies. The apartment is 45 + 16 (loft) sqm., Very comfortable, newly renovated and fully furnished, It can accommodate max. 6 adults and 1 baby, has a small kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with large shower (120×100) and a very large living room with a loft with two double beds. The living room has 1 sofa bed for 2 people, a table with 6 chairs and a 32 “television with DVD player. There is no cable TV. There is a baby travel cot and baby sheets in the apartment if needed. The kitchen has kettle, electric oven, electric cooker modern induction, microwave, refrigerator (no freezer), toaster and more. We provide sheets and 1 towel/person. More can be provided upon request. From the apartment you can walk to the following monuments and places by 5/10 minutes: • The Opera House (found leaving the building) • The Operetta Theatre, the Academy of Music • The St. Stephen’s Basilica • Parliament • The Chain Bridge • The Danube • The pedestrian zone: Váci street • The Big Ring Road and the Café New York • The West Station and the shopping center WestEnd Shopping Center A few minutes by public transportation (the metro is 30m from the apartment): • BUDA, the Castle District, the Fishermen’s Bastion, the Church of S.Mattia • Heroes’ Square and the Museum of Fine Arts • The Park “Városliget”, the castle “Vajdahunyad” • The Széchenyi Baths • Margaret Island • The Synagogue and the Jewish Museum • The Spa and the Hotel Gellert

The apartment overlooks the courtyard of a historic building well maintained and very quiet. The location is ideally surrounded by restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, theaters and music academies.

Since this is our secondary home, we have the opportunity to be more flexible and also host guests for Guest Points. Due to the workload involved in preparing the apartment, we prefer longer stays. Please note: cleaning service is available for a 50 EUR cleaning fee. This includes all cleaning after your departure, so you do not have to think about cleaning and can enjoy your stay in Budapest instead. The cleaning service is optional for reciprocal exchanges, depending on the agreement with the exchange-partner. For non-reciprocal/GP exchanges the cleaning fee is mandatory. Please be aware of this and only contact if you agree with this.
