Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa
We have a beautiful home that over the years has been extended and adapted to grow in line with our families needs. It's relatively open plan downstairs and is designed so that people can enjoy being together whilst at the same time having plenty of corners for each person to do their own thing. It is light and colourful with physical comfort coming high on the list. We have used natural materials where possible and this gives the house a very natural and comfortable feel to it. It has 3 double bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. The Master bedroom is a loft conversion that it large and light and has it's own en suite. There is a small 4th room upstairs that has a single bed, with a possibility of this extending to a double but this then fills the entire room! We live in a cul de sac which is very quiet with minimal traffic. There is a corner shop open 7am-9pm every day which is extremely convenient. The garden is small but with a beautiful deck that is lovely to sit out on in the Summer. There is a large grassy area opposite the house that acts as a second and much bigger garden for my kids and there is a large park very near by.
Lo que te va a encantar del barrio
The house is situated in the North of Oxford in a residential area. The road is a cul-de-sac and very quiet with little traffic. There is a very big park just 200m away which is great for kids and adults. Here you can play mini golf, tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, table tennis, splash in the splash pool, look at the birds in the aviary, go to the garden centre. walk by the lake and ride on the steam train, not to mention the two areas with play equipment including a zip line and giant sand pit. The historic city centre is approx 3.5km away, 50min walk, 20mins by bike on safe back roads, or easy access by bus. Avoid driving anywhere in Oxford city as the traffic can be bad! Nearer to us is the lively area called Summertown that has plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, pub, swimming pool, tennis courts, farmers market, library etc. We are also close to Wolvercote, a beautiful village which has some great country pubs and sits on the riverside, great for walking along the river, meadows and the canal. From the house there is easy access to both the train line direct to London and to the main roads leaving Oxford.
