Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

Our home is a charming brick house, with lots of space, newly renovated and ideal with children as we have 3 kids ages 11,9,5 ourselves. The garden is relatively big with a porch with lots of sunlight from noon and until the sun goes down (late in the summer). The neighborhood consist mainly of single family houses and many families with children. Just 500 m away there is a recreational area with a playground and walking/running trails. Many other playgrounds close by as well. Copenhagen city center only 20 minutes away by public transportation. Just 5 minutes away by car, 10 biking there is an outdoor and indoor public swimming pool "Bellahøj Friluftsbad". We are close to everything- city and culture, beaches can be reached by public transportation within 25 minutes "Amager Strand" . Sweden is 40 minutes away (Malmø, Lund, Helsingborg)is 40 minuts away. Our house have 3 floors. Basement have a guest room with a double or two single beds. Big bathroom with shower Two additional rooms for storage and a pool table. Ground floor have an office, living rooms (2 connecting with TV, oven and 1 living room with a piano) dining room in connection to the kitchen and entrance onto the veranda, small bathroom. Parents bedroom with an entrance to the veranda. Upstairs is a common area with TV, 3 kids bedroom with toys. Two of the beds can be extended to queen size. Bathroom with shower. Big garden with trampoline, swings, sandbox, two terraces. Outside plenty parking for cars. BBQ and different outdoor toys. 3 adult bikes and children bikes different sizes.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

Lively and attractive neighborhood with a surbubian feel but still very close to city. Many families and playgrounds. Lots of grocery stores, coffee shops and cafees. Green area always close by. Bikeable to almost any part of Copenhagen.
