Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

I live in my apartment since 2015 and I love it:) It has very nice dispositions. Space is very light (south direction), spacious. It is 4th floor with a lift and 2 balconies. One big room (45 m2) is kitchen and living room together (+ little working space). Kitchen is fully equipped and you will be able to prepare all meal you like. There is dishwasher, double door refrigerator with freezer, nice coffee machine and coffee - grinder, oven, hot plate inductive.. Living room has double sofa bed with a good mattress, bookcases, armchairs and little table. There is access to the main balcony. There is a nice view, you can see top of the trees (street Křižíkova), beautiful every day. Balcony is not a large one, but for morning coffee ideal size;) Bedroom has a double big bed with the highest health care quality mattress. Light shades. There is access to the small balcony, orientated to the house interior part, calm&quiet, dont use it a lot. Bathroom is accesible from bedroom and also from kitchen, there is a big bathtub and basin.. Wash machine is in a small room for cleaning needs and vacuum cleaner approachable from the hall. I have WI-FI internet connection. It is just 3 minutes to the metro station – line B (yellow) stop Křižíkova and a few minutes to the tram stops. There are a few steps two parks, riverbank, many charming and great cafes, wine bars, bistros and restaurants (will give you my tips with a map). It is 15 minutes by walking from the centre (the beginning of the oldest historical area). Supermarket is 20m, cool wine bars, restaurants and cafes 15m. Parking is possible on the streets around. It is payed during week (1 euro per hour), during weekend it is for free. (don´ have my parking spot). There is also possible to book for longer stay garage parking 150m far od grounfloor outside parking cost around 300 CZK (12 euro) per day.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

Karlin is one of the fastest growing borough of Prague. It was devastated by the flood in 2002. This is the reason there are almost all the houses renovated or built new. Much of the new construction was awarded in architectural competitions. There is a lot of great places – Karlinské náměstí (square) which is dominated by Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius. Around this church farmers markets take place every Saturday and you can find there many local and fresh goods. There are supermarkets, post office, bakery, pharmacy, electro, etc. all in 5 minutes walking. They call Karlin the hippest area of the town. There are many new office buildings so the centre of Karlin is really alive during day. Its 15 minutes of walking from Old Town where are all famous sights, museums, churches, squares, shopping streets etc. Public transport – metro and tram stop - is round the corner (for real) and its 2 - 4 stops to historical center, it is up to you what do you want to see (every stop in Prague metro takes 2 minutes) so you could be already in 8 minutes from house in historical centre

Love my flat - spacious, light, old building with history ...and 2 balconies with a lot of plants;) Love my neighborhood - cafes, pubs, winebars, farmers market, cyclists friendly, river bank, parks...all round the corner. Only 3 minutes from metro station (line B), tram connections, cyclists paths...
