Our spaceous and sunny apartment was renovated some years ago in a way that it has retained the elegance of old upper-middle-class flats while ensuring modern day comfort as well. The 94 square meter apartment is on the fourth floor of a typical Budapest building built in the 1890ies and is accessible by elevator. The spaceous living room holds a table for 6 people, a flat screen TV as well as a high quality sound system. Relax on the queen bed in the peaceful bedroom or come with your family: there is a convertible sofa in the office as well as one in the living room. The bathroom with the large bathtub is separate from the toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary machines and appliances. The air conditioning cools down the appartment even in the biggest summer heat. Every inch of the apartment feels like home to us and we are sure that it will be the same way for you.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

The apartment building is on one of the side streets of the Andrássy street, a large and luxurious avenue, part of the world heritage. There are numerous shops and restaurants within short walking distance. The immediate environment is very quiet, even though the apartment is located very centrally. Most of the sights of Budapest are in walking distance: it is only 10-20 minutes to the Heroes’ Square, the Opera, the Academy of Music, the City Park with one of the most famous spas of Budapest as well as the Zoo, Margaret Island, the Parliament, Saint Stephen’s Basilica and the Chain Bridge. Many interesting gastronomic hotspots are also nearby, along with the party area beloved by young people. The Millenium Underground Railway (the first underground railway of the continent!) is a few minutes away by foot, as well as stations of the most important tram- and subwaylines and the Nyugati Pályaudvar (Western Railway Station). Walking through the streets of the area, traces of 20th century Hungary can be read from the buildings’s exteriors from upswing in the era of Franz Joseph to the shot holes in the facades from the revolution of 1956.
