! 2023: ONLY LOOKING FOR EXCHANGES IN THAILAND - ONLY USING MY GUEST POINTS! PLEASE DO NOT WRITE FROM OTHER PLACES, THANK YOU. My one bedroom apartment has three balconys and a super view! There is a small park in the courtyard for relaxing and a night watchman for your absoolute safety. There is a bedroom, a bathrooms with a bathtub/shower, laundry machine, a cozy living room with a big sofa, TV, library, a work corner and a fully equipped kitchen. It takes 15 minutes by tram to get the city center (the tram stop is just in front my building). Or you can choose subway nearby (which is even faster). If you want to rent a car for the days you are here - you can keep it the underground garages:-) During SUMMER months: there is no air conditioning in my apartment - ONLY VENTILATORS. (this is an important info for people who are used to air conditioning in their own country.) If you have any more questions, do not hesitate to write me!

I live in the very nice and culturous neighborhood in the wider city center of Prague, the capital of The Czech Republic. LOCALS AND FOREIGNERS TOGETHER FRIENDLY AREA :-) You can find a wide range of big or small alternative theaters, museums, galleries, restaurants, pubs, cafes, parks, supermarkets or local farmer markets here. Also sports are possible: dancing in clubs or at dancing lessons, jogging next to the river Vltava, etc.
