Our home is beautifully situated on the top of the popular Tromsø-island, in the middle of a fjord and surrounded by the mountains. Short walking distance to the city centre, but also near all the islands with walking paths leading to the university, and/or the sea. A short drive away there is Kvaløya (the whale island), a paradise for excursions of all sorts; high alpine mountains, white beaches, good fishing spots in lakes and at sea etc. Our home is personal and warm with a nice balcony and garden, situated south-west, meaning you can watch the midnight sun in summer or the aurora borealis in winter! Next to the house is our spacious dance studio with guest room and sauna. Ideal for rainy days, yoga or ping pong. We can exchange the house and/or the studio with miniflat or only the studio and miniflat. We have two children; a boy of 18 and a girl of 16 years old, each with their own separate room. Our neighbour hood is quiet and safe and situated as the last house in a dead-end street. Ideal for safe playing for children. We also have an electric car (Tesla S) with home charing (exchange to be discussed)
