Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

We built the house 9 years ago in a large garden with spectacular view. Historic centre is 20 minutes by direct bus or car. The forest is only 3 minutes. Perfect for our two kids and the dog, but ideal for parties as well. You can relax in a hammock, but get to great restaurants in downtown Budapest in no time. We have a large living room and kitchen, bathroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms with three balconies. We also have a large basement, with one huge room and two smaller (the house is altogether 220 sqm). The garden is 900 sqm, with a huge terrace, many trees, BBQ facilities, many children plays, like sway, sand booth, slip-way.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

Great walking and biking five minutes from the house. Horsing is possible in 10 minutes in the forest. Very nice street, many trees and birds, squirrels, sometime fox and boars. The bus stop is 800 meters from the house, you can easily walk there in 10 minutes or go by car in 2 minutes. You get on bus No. 8 (1,1 euro for the ticket), get through the best parts of Buda and get to Ferenciek tere (center of old town) in 20 minutes. As an alternative, Metro 4 is 10 minutes by bus No 8. By Metro 4 you can get to Gellért Spa or Kalvin square in 10 minutes.

Fairy tale house with stunning view of the city, in a large, lush garden full of trees (apple, cherry, chestnut etc.), very close to historic centre (enjoyable bus ride, Metro 4 or a short drive, taxi is also cheap).
