We are offering an exchange in Prague and Berlin, or both. The Prague apartment is 5,5 meter high and has extra large windows into the attached garden. As such it offers a cosy hideaway from which to venture out to all the tourist attractions of Prague which are only 10 minutes away on public transport. It can sleep 4 people and has a space for children. It also has a small garden with a grill. The Berlin loft is in a brand new house made of glass and concrete in a striking red-coloured house. Located just on the tip of the popular Gleisdreieck park, some 10-minute bike ride to Potsdamer Platz and Brandenburg Gate and much of Berlin's tourist highlights. The apartment is one large space with only one closed room for the kids and separate bathroom and toilet. It has large windows from both sides. The center of the apartment is a large open kitchen and living room connected to a large terrace. The double-height kitchen is an evening sun catcher drawing amazing shadows through the whole length of the apartment. Besides a large double bed in the main space, there is one separate bedroom with two other beds. We also have an additional double-bed sleeping couch.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

The flat is located in a residential part of Prague, with an easy access to the center, yet away from the tourist crowds. Thanks to this, the nearby restaurants and pubs have a local feel (and are better in terms of price for quality) such as at U Jagusky with great Czech food, right on the corner between the metro station and the flat., or Curry House on the same street. There are a number of shops near the underground station, with a small shop right outside, and two large supermarkets within 5 minutes. A nearby biking trail leads to wild water rafting and kayaking center on Vltava river (about 15 minute bike ride, (website hidden)) and continues along the river to the Prague Zoo (another 5 minute ride, (website hidden)) and the beautiful Botanical Garden (with a cozy wine bar inside which offers one of the best views of the city).
