Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

Apartment in condo with swiming pool and garden, steps from the beach. Magnific mediterranean sea views from most of all the apartment. Three bedroom, two bathroom, balcony. Open space with living area, dining and kitchen, and while you are cooking, you can see the beach and the sea.. They are wash machine, dry machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave , and air conditioned in every room. The master bedroom has queen bed and a private bathroom, TV,jDVD. In the balcony, with a table and four chairs, you can have breakfast , take a glass of local wine , with,magnific views. The other rooms have: one 135 cm. bedroom, and the other have a single bed. Maid service is available, but not included. At walking distance they are supermarkets, restaurantes from all styles (mediterranean, italian, hindu, chiness, british, etc.). It is a very beautiful apartment, and full of mediterranean ligh.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

The village of Javea (Alicante - Spain), is located at the same distance (60 miles) to Alicante and Valencia cities. Both cities have a lot of events, monuments, cultural activities. Javea is located in the mediterranean coast and has three nucleus: the village (old mediterranean country village with typical streets, "bares", street markets); the port with the marina for fishing boats and other for sport boats (with a good restauratn in the Club Nautico) and a original catholic church; and the third is El Arenal Beach, is the most touristic area, where the apartment is located. El Arenal, has a lot of different restaurants, children area on the beach, diving clubs, and a walk board from the Arenal to port (2.5 miles). At the Arenal there are rent of bikes, diving activities, surfing, golf courses,... There are a lot of typical villages with different charmings: the port of Moraira, the city of Altea in a hill, with typical streets, shops and restaurants and beautiful church. Denia is the most important city and port near Javea. The big hollidays city, Benidorm takes less than one hour. In Valencia there are a natural reserve called La Albufera (it is interesting for the old typical houses, boats, and water culture of rice and fishing. Valencia have a Formula 1 world price, with an urban circuit close to the port. Javea is 300 milles from Madrid, and the same distance from Barcelona.
