Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

Our house is top standard, designed by an local arcitect. I love gardening, so the garden is a lovely place to relax. Even if it is raining you can enjoy sitting outside without getting wet. The neighborhood is safe, surrounded by nice houses, gardens, parks, ocean/harbor, playgrounds and a nice town. There is train to Oslo wich takes one hour and twenty minuites or a fast train that takes one hour. You can also take a bus. We have a bakery, cafe and other shops near by. The town, Tønsberg, Norways oldest town, is a cultural town, in the summer we have one of the biggest music festivals in Norway. If you like museums there are plenty to choose from. In winter you can go skiing and figure skating, and do other winter activities. We will of course help you with information, tell you about the places worth visiting, happenings etc.

We live in a quiet, safe and popular residential area, ideal for families with children, or others who want to stay close to the nature, yet have access to the town and Oslo, bigger city. Tønsberg is Norway's oldest town and is located 2 km away from the house. Nearby, a few minutes walk, is a small peat, Teie, here you have supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery / pastry shop, cafe, liquor store, bank and other shops. This is a very popular resort. If you drive a little further south you will come to a place called Tjøme and here among others the Norwegian royal family has their summerhouse. The ocean is only a few minutes walk away from the house. There you can swim from a pier. The nearest beach is three kilometers away, otherwise there are plenty of nice beaches and places to go swimming nearby. Possibility of boat trips out to the fabulous archipelago. Beautiful scenery, forests, parks, residential areas, nice town, all located within walking distance from the house. In town there are nice cafes, restaurants and shopping. There are several cultural offerings as concerts, festivals, theater and more. You can reach Oslo by car in 1 hour and 20 min. The bus to and from Oslo is just a few minutes walk away from the house. From Tønsberg town there are also trains to Oslo. There are several nice coastal towns and towns nearby to visit, including the village where the famous Edvard Munch lived. There you can visit his home. In winter you can ski, run slalom, snowboard and cross country skiing, sledding and have the possibility to go ice skating are also easily accessible. The nearest airport is Torp / Sandefjord, half an hour by car. Gardemoen airport is 1 hour and 40 minutes away by car, or you can take the train which goes directly to Tønsberg. Other activities in the community, golf, cycling, excursions, playground, skate park, sports facilities, bowling, water park, amusement park, spa, museums, surfing, sailing and historical places.
