In city center and everything is in walking distance. We have Midnight sun, Northern lights (aurora borealis) and a fantastic nature. Tromso is also a university city, so it is always a lot of happenings.
Our house is a two story townhouse built in 2008, located along with five other houses and twelve apartments in a private condominium. It is 165 square meters (1776 square ft) and consist of four bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and toilet, laundry room, open-plan kitchen, two living rooms and two terraces.
Since the house was built, it has been continuously maintained and improved. If you do an exchange with us, you will encounter a house in Scandinavian design that is very clean and tidy.
On the second floor, where the entrance is, there is an open kitchen, living/dining room with table for 12 people, a small bathroom with shower and a large sleeping room with 150 cm bed. Direct access to the terrace from the living/dining room.
In kitchen, there are two dishwashers, large fridge with freezer, oven and hob, two zone wine cooler and very much counter space to create the excellent meals.
On the first floor – three bedrooms. Two small - first with single 90 cm bed, second with double 120 cm bed, and one large with 120 cm bed. All with direct access to garden. Living room with tv, games, stereo ++, a large bathroom and laundry room.
All bathroom floors, ground floor and entrance floor are heated.
40-50 tv-channels, a lot of them are English speaking. Wifi throughout the house.
There is a large outdoor area with a small playground for children. It is safe and secure for young children.
We have different bikes for both adults and children, ski`s - both alpine and cross country and warm winter clothes that you can borrow.

We live very central in Tromsø, in district Tromsdalen. Tromsø is known as the capital of the Arctic and is Norway and Scandinavia `s best city for Northern Lights ( aurora borealius ) and Midnight sun. A nice grocery store with fresh fish and meats are located only 300 meters from our house.
