Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

Our apartment is situated in the heart of Budapest, at the foot of Gellért Hill. Five main tram lines and the newest metro line are within 3-minute walking distance from the flat. The stunning Gellért thermal bath is only a few steps away and another Turkish bath, Rudas is also just a ten minute walk or one tram stop. If you step out of the apartment you can instantly see the Liberty Bridge, one of the most stunning bridges on the Danube. By crossing it, you can reach the Great Market Hall (10 min walk or 1 tram stop) as well as the main shopping street, Váci utca. There are four restaurants next to the apartment (one of them is an excellent vegan restaurant), and you will also find three supermarkets just outside the building (they are open on weekends and one of them is open 24/7). Starbucks is two minutes from the apartment.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

Despite being centrally located, the apartment is very quiet because it faces to the Gellért Hill. From the big balcony you can enjoy your breakfast and a cup of coffee by looking at the green hills and listening to birds. The apartment was completely renovated in the autumn of 2021. The kitchen is with induction stove and fully equipped.

We are a couple ( 64 ), we are teachers, we love arts, music, museums, restaurants. We had successful home exchanges so far, to France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal and Brazil, and we came home from all of them with great experiences. We are very respectful and leave the house always in good condition. We also welcome smokers, but please do so only on the balcony.
