Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

We offer a fun-filled family home in the city's historic heart. The turn of the century style neighbourhood is a perfect starting point to explore the city. The 73 square meter apartment is located in a mosaic -studded building. The staircase boasts a showcase of glass mosaic windows and Zsolnay porcelain tiles that accompany you on your way to the flat. The closed internal courtyard provides an opportunity for children to play unattended. Our home is friendly and colourful and is rather modern even though the high ceilings are reminiscent of another era. The premises consist of a kitchen-living room-dining room combo, a study, two bedrooms, one bathroom and two toilets. The bathroom is unconventionally spacious and includes a double bathtub. A nice pampering bath here preceding a romantic evening can be especially enjoyable. The bathroom has connecting doors to the master bedroom. The nursery has a bunk bed, the top of which can serve as a separate playing room. The southern brick wall is 80 cm thick and serves as a superb natural air conditioner during summer evenings.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

The Hungarian Capital is vibrant and at the same time friendly and recreating destination. Excelent place of a rest. We live in the heart of Budapest with one bridge separating us from the downtown area. The Danube River is about 600 meters from our place, the traditional Central Market Hall is 800 meters, and the Royal Castle is about 1.5 kms. Only two tram stops away there are three thermal baths. All the popular attractions are within a radius of 3 kms, e.g. A38 (a boat), a venue that won World's Best Bar title is 1 km away. The top of Gellért Hill is only twenty minutes walk. From the base of Statue of Liberty the view is amazing. Transportation is very convenient. The district was built on turn of the previous century, therefore the architecture is like in Buenos Aires. In this area there are famous literary coffee houses, modern art galeries, university campus buildings and the Entertainment-Bay Kopaszi nearby. In the near vicinity of the apartment you can find plenty of coffee shops, small restaurants and a bike rental station. Getting around is easy: there are a number of public transportation options you can use from streetcars to busses in the direction of the Buda hills or to the Pest depending on which way you want to go. The new Metro station is two blocks away.
