Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

Our flat was newly re-builded 12 years ago. It´s situated in the south of Prague, just ten minutes walk from the river. We have three bedrooms, spacious living room with the patio and kitchen and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all electric appliances (dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine. . . ) . All three bedrooms have a double bed. The small garden make special atmosphere of the flat all the year. We can offer garage, bikes. Car exchange is possible. Paid cleaning service is available.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

Our flat is in the peaceful area surrounded by green and vila houses. You can walk ten minutes or take bus (one stop) and you are on the bank of river Vltava. There you can catch a tram to the historical center (15 min) next to the river. There you can also use bicycle/joging/in-line/walk lanes and go to the city center or enjoy parks next to the river.

The atmosphere here is full of love and peace. It´s 15 min by tram from the center and childernsafe. It´s a garden full of birds and flowers. We are open to the non-simultaneous exchange too.
