Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

Our home is a renovated farmhouse. It is attached to another house, but completely independent, with an entirely private garten and lots of space. We have a large modern kitchen-dining area (redone in 2009), living room, bathroom and laundry downstairs, and five bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. There is also a large, converted cellar. We have a shady porch for hot summer days, and a large garden, with an area to play soccer, as well as a brandnew pool! A car is highly recommended since our location does not have public transportation available. This used to be our home when the children were smaller, and is now a second home/rental property.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

We live right in the countryside, about 20 minutes walk from Portacomaro, a small village near Asti. In the village there are shops, a farmacy, a bank, a post office, several cafes and a nice restaurant. The area is famous for its wines and gastronomy. Asti is a town of around 80'000 inhabitants with many medieval buildings. Here you are at short drive from the cities of Milan and Turin, as well as the ligurian coast of the mediterranean sea with Portofino and the Cinque Terre, and the Italian Alps. France and Switzerland are only about 2 hours away.

The garden is perfect for kids to play, and adults to relax ! We´re in the middle of a gourmet´s paradise: try the wine and food ! Medieval towns, hills for trecking and biking, the mediterranean sea and the alps are all within reach !
