Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

We have a cosy house surrounded by a garden, totally about 1300 square metres, by Stokkelandsvannet, a small lake close to Sandnes and Stavanger. It has 3 bedrooms, a brand new cosy living-room with kitchen covering all your needs, we love cooking! There is a bathroom with shower and washing-machine/dryer, and two wc. In the garden we have a trampoline, and a nice, cozy terrace with a grill. The house and area is also great for children, as there are possibilities to bathe in the lake in the summertime, close by the house, and it is a safe, quiet neighborhood. The lake is a popular spot for bird-watchers with a lot of different species. We can also offer two bikes, and are open to auto-exchange; we go all EV, have a Kia Soul to offer.

Lo que te va a encantar del barrio

Ganddal is a peaceful corner of earth, just outside Sandnes, and it is easy to reach by bus, train or car. It´s 15 minutes drive from the airport. We are surrounded by green nature, the lake and a lot of birds and lovely places to take a walk. You will find grocerystores in the neighbourhood. There is also a wood nearby, which we use to go make bonfires and barbeque. A primary school is just beside us, which is nice for children. Sandnes and the larger city Stavanger offers a variety of shops, cinemas, galleries, restaurants and so on. Check out www.stavanger.museum.no and www.jaermuseet.no. Norwegian Petroleum Museum, Norwegian Children Museum, The Sience Factory and The Sience Farm are especially fun for families! The region has a lot to offer when it comes to beautiful nature! The beaches at Jæren, by the north sea, stretches for kilometers and it is fascinating to go there even in bad weather. Also great for surfing. Small hilltops to climb is not far away. And if you drive a bit further you can hike in the mountains and sleep over in a cabin held by the Norwegian Tracking Association. By boat you can reach Ryfylke with its many islands. The Lysefjord with the Pulpit Rock is famous, and you can either climb it or view it from a boat. Utstein Monastery, lies at Mosterøy a 30 min drive. Flor and Fjære is a tropical park and restaurant on a small island just outside Stavanger, and is well worth visiting! About fifteen minutes drive from our house you will also find The Kings Park, an amusement park in lovely surroundings. During summer there are several festivals such as the Gladmat Festival, a food festival in July - www.gladmat.no World Tour Beach Wolleyball 2012, week 26 - www.wtstavanger.com Blink, skiing festival in Sandnes - www.blinkfestivalen.no International Chamber Music Festival - www.icmf.no Stavanger Flower Festival - www.blomsterfestival.no Bergen is a 3,5 hour drive to the north and Kristiansand a 3,5 hour drive to the south.
