Lo que te va a encantar en esta casa

Our breezy, light-filled modern apartment is 1900 sq ft with three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom has a queen size bed (or twin kids beds depending on your needs) and the third bedroom has bunk beds which can be converted to single beds. We have a nine year old daughter and a six year old son so there are plenty of toys for kids that age! The lounge and kitchen are modern and open plan. The lounge has a balcony with a view over Likas bay and Mount Kinabalu can also be seen. All rooms have air conditioning and the kitchen features gas hob, electric oven, large fridge, and filtered tap water for drinking. There is a movie projector, a media player with access to Netflix and high speed wireless internet. The wet area has a washing machine and a third bathroom which we use for rinsing off beach clothes. Our balcony has a few plants which appreciate a little watering every now and then. The entrance to the apartment is quite private and has stunning views over the Ramsar listed Kinabalu wetland centre. We have a maid, who cleans up to two days a week depending on your needs, and can handle general cleaning, laundry, washing up etc. The grounds of the condominium feature lovely gardens, a tennis court, swimming pool, a gym and table tennis.

Sabah is a Malaysian state in the North of Borneo. If you are keen to stay in South East Asia, Sabah is one of the friendliest and least touristy areas you will find. Sabahans are a genuinely warm, fun loving and welcoming people. English is widely spoken and it's one of the safest places I've ever been. Bayshore Condominium is located just 2km from the centre of Kota Kinabalu but is behind a hill so is sheltered from the hustle and bustle of town. Likas is a highly sought after area of KK with great amenities. Within 2-3km are international restaurants, grocery shopping, a sports complex with olympic size pool, shopping malls, cinema, bars etc etc. Borneo is one of the worlds premier ecotourism destinations and features pristine coral reefs, rainforest and Mt Kinabalu, the highest peak in SE Asia - great for climbing. Perfect for adventurous travellers or nature enthusiasts Sabah has reserves for Orangutans, Proboscis monkeys, Sumatran Rhinos and many more exotic wildlife, all accessible from Kota Kinabalu. Nearby activities include Jungle trekking, wildlife photography, SCUBA diving, waterskiing, white water rafting, river cruises, cultural villages and eating cheap, tasty asian cuisine! Kota Kinabalu is a lovely base to explore all that Sabah, Malaysian Borneo has to offer.
