London is calling!
We love to travel, love food, love nature and love life! Paul likes golf and cooking, Elena likes hiking, photography and good food. We run our own property consultancy business in London and try to travel as much as possible (while we have no kids).
We love our neighborhood and our apartment as we believe it is a really special place to live in. We will be happy to share it with like-minded people.
Oh, we are non-smokers and our apartment is not suitable for smoking please. There is a lovely terrace though if you want to indulge.

We have never been in New York, so it is time to sort it out. If you would like to spend this time in London, get in touch
March 5 — March 18, 2016
We can do non simultaneous exchange during this time
We love walking and we try to go for a walk at least a couple of times per month. Tranquil landscapes whether it is inland or along the coast, lunch in a country pub, occasional manor or a castle (especially in England) - is a formula of a perfect day.
Paul is also a very keen golfer (Dulwich Golf Club is next to our place) and Elena can't live without her books.
We had a wonderful stay at Elena and Paul's home. Their apartment is magnificent, we imagined we were in the countryside in full London ! Buses and subways allow to reach the hart of the City quickly but when we are back at home, all is quiet and soothing ... Very great ! When should we come back ?
We stayed at Elena and Paul's place for Christmas 2014 and New Year. Their flat is (like many places close to central London) more compact than spacious, but it is great for a couple or three people. Equally important, it is very well located. Dulwich is a leafy suburb in South London, within easy reach of the centre. The flat looks onto a wonderful green belt area, and the delights of Dulwich Park and Dulwich Village (yes, a village in London!) are close to hand, as are a range of restaurants and shops. Not to mention the wonderfully eclectic Horniman Museam nearby. The flat itself is well equipped, especially the kitchen if you like to cook. And their car - which they exchanged with ours - is a stylish VW convertible. The only shame was that we were there in Winter! Finally, Basil, the cat. If you are animal lovers like us, looking after him was a real pleasure. He is both strikingly beautiful and, more important, friendly and lovable. Great exchange! If you want a nice cosy base to explore London, Elena and Paul's is a great choice. And they looked after our place (and our cats) beautifully!
Dear Elena and Paul, our stay in your flat in Dulwich has been very comfortable. The apatment is very luminous with a big window on the garden and a nice view towards the wood with squirrels on the trees all around, it makes you feel surrounded by nature in the countryside, not in a big city like London! The bus, very close, it takes you to London in about half an hour, crossing parks and gardens. Not far from the house, there is a very interesting museum called "Horiman", an ornithologic museum, with a wide learning section on splendid gardens. And what shell we say about the perfer Basil, the cat. A well behaved giant! We would come back with pleasure if there was the occasion!
Our stay in Borghetto was fantastic. The apartment is a nice size with a large balcony with a view to the sea. It was the perfect base to explore the delights of Liguria including Genoa, Portofino, the many mountain villages a short drive away and up towards Monte Carlo. We spent one day with Maria Grazia a 3 hour drive from Borghetto in the Piedmonte mountains and had a fantastic lunch with her and her friends and a great evening meal at their mountain house in Elvira, an unforgettable experience...all in all a fantastic exchange and we would happily exchange in the future!
We had very good time in London in this cute and very clean appartement. Surrounding is very good. We specially enjoy teh terrasse garden , easy connection with london centre and the cat basil !
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Agnes and Philippe's house in Strasbourg. It's a lovely house with quirky interesting features and a very nice size. It is also very well located close to the tram stop for easy access to central Strasbourg. It was also an excellent base to explore the delights of the "Routes des vins" Alsace wine route, Colmar and Germany. All in all we would highly recommend to exchange with Agnes and Philippe to explore this beautiful part of France & Germany! PS. Thank you for looking after our cat Basil :)))
