Seeking Singapore for July/August 2015
We are a typical London family. One multinational household, two working parents, three children.
We are big travellers and have been with some or all of our the children to Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Cuba, Jordan, Israel, Cyprus, Romania, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Norway, France, Switzerland.
We have met many lovely people along the way and our life has become richer as a result.
Other countries we visited alone include Albania, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Russia, China, the Baltics, Iceland, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Belgium, Sweden, Zambia.
We have done a few home exchanges since 2014. We are keen on the concept as we believe it enhances the understanding of the other cultures, and also keeps the cost down when the group gets to be so large.
July 5 — September 4, 2015 These dates are flexible
Seeking a 1-4 week exchange in summer 2015. As we are relocating to Singapore later in 2015, we want to give the kids a taste of life there, and hope it becomes a selling point to them!
April 30 — September 5, 2015 These dates are flexible

A non simultaneous exchange preferred. We can offer our London house during August.

We have spent one week in London. Ioana and their family are very friendly and helpful. The house is very central, near two train stations, very easy to visit London. Also close to supermarket and local stores. We have appreciated the house, simple but with everything needed! We had a perfect week in London, and highly recommend this family for home exchange.
We had a lovely time at Patricia and Paulo's house. They are wonderful hosts and their little village house has been modernised with good taste and ingenuity. The location is charming and you can spend your days relaxing in the comfort of their courtyard or the nearby river. The location is remote which can be disconcerting if you come from a big city and are used to having entertainment and conveniences at your fingertips - you will have to remember the pleasures of reading, afternoon sleep and planning ahead for your meals. Slow living at its best. Just remember to bring a good insect repellent! We enjoyed ourselves tremendously.
