We have done several swaps till now. We are very respectfull of the house of others.
Only Non simultaneous exchange.
We love to meet new people. We can pick you up at the airport, cook a typical argentine asado with a good Malbec wine for you, or take you sailing through the Delta del Tigre with our ship (the one in the photo)
We are non smokers and prefer non smoker partners
Even though we have no pets, we are pet' s friendly and would love to look after yours if you need so.

Our stay was not an exchange but we rented Sandra's apartment from 1st until the 9th October 2013. Although the apartment is quite small it suited us well as we used it as a substitute for a hotel room, with the advantage of providing cooking facilities. At approximately 13km from the city it is well serviced by inexpensive public transport, both buses and Metro and plenty of taxis. It took only a 10 minute walk to the metro station and 20 minute metro ride to the centre of Buenos Aires. At various times we used one of the many public buses departing from the bus stop at 2 minutes walk. Sandra and Javier were very kind, picking us up from the airport and providing ample advice about shopping, public transport, mobile telephones and sights to see. The many restaurants around the area provide a good choice for breakfast lunch and dinner. The suburb Nuñez appeared to be very safe. We had a good time in Buenos Aires and can recommend Sandra's apartment to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay in that city.
It has been great to swap with them . They are both wonderful people, kind, responsivel, and for the few hours we spent together it has been a good fun to talk with them. We fully recomend them !!
Sandra and Javier are a charming couple. They did everything they could to make our stay excellent. Javier prepared a "parilla" barbecue for us at the rooftop of their building. It rained that evening, but the food and wine were delicious. We had a great time together. The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed. Sandra was kind enough to bring a hair dryer to my wife because the voltage in Argentina is 220 volts. If you are using a rented car as we did, the garage close by is a special added value . It may not be too easy at times to find a space to park in the street. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant. It is very nice to stroll or shop in the surrounding streets. In case you are interested in an exchange or rental in Buenos Aires, you will be very pleased to stay at Sandra's and Javier's place.
We had a great experience with this lovely couple. They are very friendly and easy going. Thanks for opening up your home for us to enjoy such a lovely city as Miami!! Their apartment is fully equipped, we really felt at home. It is on the best location, next to Shopping Malls and near the best Miami Beaches. We loved those holidays and we expect to return soon. Don´t miss it !!
