My family spent a restful and festive Thanksgiving holiday in this wonderful old family vacation home surrounded by the brilliant colors of Fall in the Napa Valley. We loved feeling isolated and rural, but still being able to walk (1 mile) to the quaint and gentrified main street of St. Helena for great food, wine and baked goods. We rented bikes to get around which helped us enjoy a stunning setting of fall colors. We spent many hours reading, watching movies, playing scrabble and catching up by the enormous rock fire place feeling very much like we "got away". Absolutely lovely spot and wonderful for group of friends or family.
