Especially Passionate About

Beaches, sunshine, R&R, and good times trying something new.

We love beaches but if you don't have one do not think we won't love your place... New adventures are a must for us... I recently took a floaty down a canal which is something I thought I would never do!

You should try it to, a great place to meet people from all over the world.

So tempt us, what are you waiting for?

This modern home has a stunningly pretty view of Okanagan Lake from a beautiful patio space. It is located in the heart of British Columbia's lake & wine country, making it the perfect jump-off location for famous Okanagan wine touring - not only in Peachland itself, but also in nearby towns. The area is also abundant with a variety of outdoor adventure activities (whitewater rafting, zip-trekking, hiking, river-tubing, etc.). A lovely beach, cafe, and bike/paddle board rental place are only a short drive to the bottom the hill from this condo, and from there you can easily stroll into the heart of the charming downtown with lakeside restaurants and an endless beach. The condo has been beautifully furnished, and Chimene & Ian left it clean and tidy for our arrival. They were thoughtful about emails and tips to make our stay most comfortable....I would highly recommend swapping with these friendly folks! Thanks so much Chimene & Ian; I certainly look forward to exchanging with you again in the future. :) Cheers, Romana

What we said about Romana's house:

This condo was the perfect get away location for us! We walked more in our 5 day exchange than we do on a normal basis and loved every minute of it. This home is central to Gas Town, China town and Yale Town. All great tourist attractions. Oh and not to mention the Sky train which takes you straight to Metropolis, Metrotown the second largest mall in Canada, and Rogers arena home of the Canucks is right across the street. We would love to do another exchange here as we still did not take in all the sites. The restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries were abundant with great reviews. The owner even has a couple of great books put together by herself which offer all kinds of things to do and see.. This is a great getaway for two people wanting to just discover Vancouver by foot. Thanks again Romana :-)

We had a marvelous time at Chimene and Ian's place. It's new, modern and so very comfortable. Chemene and Ian were such great hosts with a surprise welcome package to boot! Their home is very nicely situated with beaches directly below and awesome hiking trails above. My family and i had a great time exploring wineries and relaxing on the many beaches in the area. Chemene was also able to recommend some wonderful restaurants nearby. I would definitely come back! Jerome

We were very fortunate to find this exchange with Ian and Chimene in Peachland. They were very attentive in communication before and during our stay. It was very peaceful with the stunning view of Okanagan Lake and Rattlesnake Island as you see in the pictures we've posted. If you are looking to either enjoy the community of Peachland with lovely restaurants (Gasthaus been to more than once), and beach; or the short commute to Kelowna with unlimited activities to do, this is the perfect place to call home for a vacation or long term exchange. The condo was more than adequately equipped with everything a person needs for cooking. The furnishings and finished quality of the home was exceptional. Neighbors were very friendly who we shared wine with on more than one occasion. Thank you Ian and Chimene for being very flexible (and the lovely gift basket) and easy to work with on this exchange, hope we can do it again one day soon. :)

What we said about Ken and Kim's house:

Kim and Kens place was great, we were close to the grocery store, dollar store and restaurants such as Madd Jacks, (great BBQ :-). We walked to the downtown area where we had coffee and awesome sweet snacks at "Java and Juice". The complex is right on the beach and Kim has all kinds of boogie boards, flippers chairs, towels, pool noodles and blankets to use so no need to buy any of them. We were there over the 4th of July and watched a rocket launch as well the fireworks on the beach… (other people had to pay $20.00 for parking while we just walked right out the door and onto the beach. Inside, the 2 bedrooms have comfy king size beds, (well actually our party of 5 didn’t try out the 3rd Queen bedroom but i can only imagine it was just as nice as the other two as we had no complaints. You don’t see space in condos these days like you see in Kims place, you will be quite impressed if you do an exchange there. Her pictures aren’t quite up to date which is a good thing as it gives more of a wow factor when you arrive. There were 5 in our party and we all had lots of room while we were chilling. We also exchanged vehicles which was a bonus as her SUV easily fit 5 people comfortable and could actually seat 7. The wrap around patio is great for playing a game of dominos (which we had many long nights of :-) and also for just relaxing on the comfy padded loungers. If you are considering a visit to Orlando, make this place your first inquiry… nice beach, warm pool, lots of sun and close to the beer, i mean wine, I mean restaurants yeah thats it… restaurants. And also close to the Pier, which has good beer, i mean wine, i mean food, yeah thats it… good food :-) Thank you Kim and Ken we hope you enjoyed our homes as well. Chimene and Ian
