Everything went perfectly during the exchange. The house is absolutely beautiful and located in a charming area. Mike and Rosie are extremely friendly and we felt really welcome when we arrived. They left our apartment in perfect condition. Thank you again for this lovely exchange !

What we said about Clemence and Yves's house:

The apartment in Paris is in a great location to explore this beautiful city. It has everything that you could need, all very cleverly arranged. We loved being so high up with great views! The apartment was spotless on our arrival and Clemence and family left our home wonderfully clean and tidy. We would recommend an exchange if you want to discover more of Paris.

We had a fantastic time in Long Crendon near Oxford! The house and garden are beautiful and have so much character, as does the historic village of Long Crendon. The house was in a perfect condition when we arrived. Rosie and Mike made us feel very welcome and provided us with lots of helpful information during our stay. So we were able to discover both the main touristic sights (Oxford, Stonehenge, Windsor Castle...) as well as the great places for kids we would not have found in any tourist guide book (parks, playgrounds, forest...). After a day out it was lovely to be back at "our English home" enjoying the atmosphere of the house (the grown-ups) and all the exciting toys and books (the children). Our children fell in love with "Angelina" and thought it was so great to live in "her" house! When we got back everything was perfect in our home and our neighbours had enjoyed meeting this nice family very much. It's a pity we didn't get to meet them! We can highly recommend an exchange with Mike and Rosie, if you are looking for a house with an authentic English atmosphere and a lovely family to exchange your house with!

What we said about Ines's house:

We had a wonderful exchange with Ines and Alex and their lovely children. Their home is very clean, spacious and easy to live in. Our children particularly enjoyed the garden with its different areas where there was always fun to be had and plenty to do. The village had everything we needed - places to eat, shops and a fantastic swimming pool complex that we visited 5 or 6 times. It is just a short train ride to the lovely city of Freiburg which has an interesting old centre and it's possible to do some great walks in the surrounding countryside. There are many nice places to visit within a short drive of Denzlingen including the lovely Black Forest hills, towns and villages, and also the Vosges mountains in France and the very charming city of Colmar. One particular highlight was the very friendly neighbours and their children. They were unfailingly helpful with advice and anything we needed. Through them we felt as though we really got to know the German people and even though we didn't actually meet Alex, Ines and their family, it almost felt as though we had! On our return our house was in an impeccable condition for which we were grateful. We would definitely recommend a visit to Denzlingen and an exchange with this very lovely family.
