Greetings from Hood River, Oregon
WE ARE A RETIRED COUPLE, DANNY AND DELORES, WHO RELOCATED 8 YEARS AGO FROM FORT WORTH, TEXAS WHERE WE WERE BORN, RAISED AND LIVED MOST OF OUR LIVES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE FOUR YEARS WE LIVED IN JAPAN.
WE MOVED TO HOOD RIVER, OREGON TO BE NEAR 2 GRANDCHILDREN, DAUGHTER, AND SON-IN-LAW AND TO ENJOY THE BEAUTY AND WEATHER OF THE GREAT PACIFIC NORTHWEST, USA.
TRAVELING HAS BECOME OUR PASSION ALONG WITH ENJOYING OUR GRANDCHILDREN.
JUST THE TWO OF US ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO EXCHANGE. HOWEVER, DURING THE SUMMER OR SCHOOL SPRING/WINTER BREAKS, WE WOULD "LIKE" TO INCLUDE 2 GRANDCHILDREN (ages 14 & 12) IN OUR EXCHANGE AND POSSIBLY OUR DAUGHTER AND SON-IN-LAW. IF THIS IS NOT SATISFACTORY, WE ARE HAPPY TO EXCHANGE AS 2 ADULTS ONLY.
WE ARE NON-SMOKING AND DO NOT HAVE PETS.
WE HAVE EXPERIENCED 6 HOME EXCHANGES WITH GREAT SUCCESS AND LOOK FORWARD TO OUR NEXT EXCHANGE ADVENTURE WITH MUCH ANTICIPATION.
In July 2008, we exchanged with the owners of this home. The exchange went great. They were very respectful of our belongings. We couldn't tell they were even here. Their home was great, especially for our children age 2 and 4. You can't go wrong with Hood River OR in the Summer.
We had a very nice stay at this home.Good neighborhood-close to everthing.Home was very clean. We had a great stay.We love San Franciso and all the many thing to do nearby. Also our home was well taken care of with their stay.
Our stay in Hood River was great. The house and it's surroundings are beautiful. The views of Mt. Hood and the golf course neighborhood were lovely. There is a lot to see and do in the Hood River area. The home is conveninet to all of it and Hood River is very easy to get around in. Our hosts were very gracious and accomodating.
