Hello from from Surfers Paradise!
We are originally from New Zealand, but have been living on the Gold Coast for the last 12 years. William (56 yrs) has been involved in Avocado growing and property development and in Australia we are involved in commercial property ownership and management. Milly (44 yrs) is an events manager, specializing in the arts. We have two children; Felix aged 13 and Ava aged 11 who are very well behaved and polite and make us proud. We are very interested in the arts and we travel frequently (William speaks Spanish and Milly German). We are all very active and into many sports from skiing to surfing and kite boarding amongst others.

A simultaneous exchange is preferred and we want to swap beach for snow, the deeper the powder the better! We are open to anywhere in the world.

We love snow, the deeper and steeper the powder the better!!
An absolutely beautiful and very comfortable home in a perfect location on the Gold Coast. The pool was delightful and we loved feeding the fish from the dock. The "outdoor kitchen" was great and we enjoyed the shaded back deck during the warm afternoons. An easy walk to the beach or trendy Tedder Avenue with a great selection of restaurants and easy to hop on the commuter rail line for a visit to the Surfer's Paradise beach or nightlife. Willie and Millie were incredibly easy to work with and very accommodating and we particularly enjoyed the opportunity to meet the whole family. A truly wonderful exchange experience.
We had the most fantastic time in Jackson Hole thanks to Jim & Jean leaving us perfectly set up in their beautiful home. It was so comfortable and in such a nice area. The skiing was great, Jackson Hole is not the cheapest resort but it had fantastic snow, brilliant facilities and great food. Jim and Jean are experienced exchangers and had left everything we needed or would likely want to know out for us. We went a little early for the snow so had the pleasure of meeting them both in person. Thanks J&J for the lovely time!
