We spent two delightful weeks at Sharon’s condo in January-February. Sharon was very easy to deal with and responsive when we were planning the exchange. When we arrived, we were greeted with an extremely generous basket filled with snacks and toiletries. It made us feel very welcomed. Sharon provided us with tips for restaurants and shopping that were quite helpful. The condo was very comfortable for the two of us but would easily house a large family. The location was delightful. We could sit in the front yard and watch the water sports on the bay. A large supermarket is less than a mile away. Access to the freeways was easy and we were a ten to fifteen minute drive from anywhere in San Diego we wanted to go. Because this is also a vacation rental property, Sharon has a professional caretaker on call to manage any issues with the property. Marlene and Dave #241715

My family and I were thrilled to have found this ideal home to spend our vacation! It is inviting and spacious, spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we needed- with plenty of available storage for our belongings. The over-sized and retractable glass doors allow for stunning views of the bay while inside, but with such a beautiful climate and so much to do within walking distance, we weren't in much! From the patio, we enjoyed watching the walkers and bikers go by, the sailboats, rowing crews, sunrises....and a short stroll away is a boating center where we rented a catamaran for a couple of hours, and my son tried "jet-packing" which I think he would say was his highlight. We strolled over to the beautiful, expansive ocean beaches and enjoyed watching the surfers (saw dolphins too!), and dined at many of the local restaurants. When time came to head out to enjoy the city of San Diego itself, we were impressed that it is so close and accessible. We spent the day at the San Diego zoo, a day aboard the USS Midway aircraft carrier, and found a great Mexican restaurant in Old Town. There was so much more we wanted to do, but had to leave for a return trip. After busy days, it was so nice to return to our condo to relax and prepare dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. The beds are comfy and all the rooms are nicely decorated. We felt like it was home away from home. Thank you so much for sharing your special place with our family!!
