Bien le bonjour de Bruxelles !
I am a high school science teacher. I live with my three children: Emile age 17, Arthur age 15 and Rose age 12. I play the flute, and Rose the piano. We love music, games, books, bird watching. We have a tiny hypoallergenic dog (a shih tzu) that will stay some place else during our exchanges. We also have 1 guinea pig (which you will not have to take care of). We all have a bicycle, adult size. We love our home, and will take care of yours as if it was ours.

I'll bring binoculars and bird guide books anywhere I go.
In April 2013 we spent a lovely time in the house of Veronique and her children. They live in a quiet residential area , near a very beautiful forest, and also very near supermarket and metro station , it's easy travelling to Brussels in about 15 '. We 've also explored the beautiful cities of Gent and Brugge. The house is large , welcoming for a family with 2 or 3 children. When we returned at home, our house was nice and clean We really enjoyed this home exchange
Annie and Alain's appartment has a very big terrace looking onto the sea. You have a park with playgrounds and the beach right down the stairs ! The bedrooms are comfortable, the living room is large. Alain and Annie collect guide books and tourist info leaflets for their guests. They greeted us on arrival to show us around. Boating in the Gulf is great fun ! There are many prehistorical remains, nice paths, plenty of beaches. Arzon has a market with fish, shells and lobsters as well as veggies. There are many supermarkets closeby. A very relaxing and pleasant stay.
We spend nice time in Veronique's house in Brussel. The house is confortable, close to a forest and to the metro. So there are all the conveniences of a great town, without noise. As architecture and "art nouveau" lovers, we have liked Brussel. We've liked too the Atomium, BD museum, children like parents... It's easy to escape Brussel from the house to go To Gand or Brugge. Our house has been treated with respect, as we like to find it when we come back. Thanks to her and to her children.
We had a very nice stay at Anne's beautiful house. The house is roomy, located in a pleasant village with all facilities and nice views. Being central to the Loire region, it's easy to get to the numerous and impressive Loire castels and wineries.
Veronique's house was a wonderful exchange for us, the house is situated in a very calm and quiet neighborhood but yet very much connected with all public transportation to all parts of Brussels, the house is lovely and you can immediately feel that it's a warm family house. There is a big window in the living room which fills the house with light and the kitchen is very equipped the house also has a sweet garden where we sat each morning and had our breakfast. Veronique was very kind and she organized before our arrival a baby cot to our one year child, so our family (a couple and two children) felt very comfortable during our stay. Near the house there is a nice patisserie boucherie and brasserie and in a walking distance there is a big supermarket. Also in a walking distance there are park and forest with beautiful lakes where you can take relaxing calm walks. Brussels is a beautiful impressive city and is very much easily connected and not far from other countries and major cities in Europe, during our stay we traveled to the Ardennes Luxemburg, Netherland and some other cities in Belgium. It was a wonderful time for us, a great exchange and we warmly recommend it. Dvir Julia Orian and Lavi
We've had a great time at Dvir and Julia's in Jerusalem. The appartment is spacious, there is good air-conditioning, a huge fridge that makes ice cubes, a big web-connected TV screen with home-cinema speakers. There is a cosy musician family atmosphere. The view on the nearby hills is pretty. The appartment was very clean and there was food in the fridge when we arrived. We immediately felt at home. Jerusalem main shopping mall is closeby. There's a nice park down the street. The city center is 20 minutes by bus. The breath-taking Dead Sea landscapes are one hour by car. So are the lively Tel Aviv beaches. Back in Brussels, we found our house very well taken care of. A great home exchange, go for it !
