Greetings from New York!
We are a retired professional couple in our early 60s with grown children and grandchildren.
Bryanne, a recently retired judge, and Tom love to travel. We have a well-mannered English springer spaniel, Hudson, who stays in a kennel when we travel. Our daughter lives on the Peninsula, so we are always interested in exchanges in the San Francisco Bay area, including long term for a month.
Our next-door neighbors are good friends and available to provide any assistance, if needed and requested.
We also have a country home on the Hudson River in the town of Saugerties available for exchange, # 491328, so we can easily accommodate non simultaneous exchanges in both homes.

We stayed in this spectacular villa for a week this past June. We could not have been happier. The villa was quite large, well-furnished, had every amenity, had spectacular views of Mt St.VIctoire and Picasso's castle, and was a terrific base for touring Provence. The owners, Philippe and Ines, were lovely hosts and provided a wonderful welcome to their special home and area. I highly recommend this exchange. Bryanne
Tom and Bryanne were the most gracious hosts ever. We visit NY often, but this is our first time staying on the upper East Side. The #6 subway is right around the corner with a direct shot to Grand Central, Union Square, Spring Street, China Town and the Brooklyn Bridge. We took good advantage of that and were able to explore new neighborhoods very conveniently. Their townhouse is comfortable (and stunning). The neighborhood is by far the most peaceful and quiet location we have EVER stayed in NYC.
This townhome is "truly" elegant, retaining all its old world 1890s charm with every new updated amenity. The home is comfortable, spacious and sophisticated. The neighborhood is residential, yet everything you might need is so close; a jog or walk around the Central Park reservoir is just 2 blocks away off 5th Avenue, the subway only 1 block to anyplace downtown, walk to the Metropolitan and so many other museums. Our hosts.were there when we arrived to show us around and help us settle in. This is a remarkable home to either enjoy on its own or spend your days exploring New York.. Charlotte and Bob Ferretti
