We recently exchanged with John and Kathy staying in their lovely Ninderry home. Not only is their home comfortable and in a beautiful setting, but the location is perfect for visiting some of the best places on the Sunshine Coast. It's an easy 20-25 minute drive to the surf and sand of Noosa, Maroochydore, and Mooloolaba - all beautiful upmarket seaside towns. Or you can take a picturesque drive the same distance into the lush cooler hinterland, and visit quaint villages with an abundance of art galleries, craft shops, country markets and excellent restaurants. Usually we stay in Noosa when in this area, but this time we feel we were really lucky to have found John and Kathy's Ninderry place. We would highly recommend it to anyone. Marilyn & Digby

What we said about Marilyn & Digby's house:

We completed a very successful three-week exchange during March /April 2012 with Marilyn and Digby, at their home in Killcare Heights. They have a stunning and very well-appointed home with spectacular views overlooking Hardy's Bay. Ideally located, it is an easy train trip into the Sydney CBD with all its attractions. It is also in very close proximity to the beautiful Bouddi national park, one of the nicest coastal walks we have ever done. Close by, are many seaside towns to discover with great beaches, theatres, restaurants and all the amenities needed for a most enjoyable holiday. We thoroughly recommend Marilyn and Digby's home to anyone contemplating an exchange to their area, or as an excellent alternative to staying in the city. John and Kathy
