Had a wonderful week in Bluff, Utah. Our host, Marti, was wonderful and we spent a night with her. The house was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and well equipped.. Marti helped us with lots of information about the area, which is fabulous - magnificent scenery, wonderful places to hike, ancient native American ruins. There is so much to see and do we hope to possibly return to the area again. Perfect exchange.

What we said about Karen's house:

We loved staying in Karen and Pat's beautiful home in Tucson. Their home is new and spacious and has a large well equipped kitchen. We ate in the dining room, the kitchen, and out on the gorgeous patio with views of the mountains surrounding Tucson. Karen made sure that everything was convenient and easy - which was appreciated since this was our first exchange and we were not sure what to expect. We hiked Sabino Canyon, biked Saguaro National Monument, and traveled down to Karchner Caverns and Bisbee. This exchange home is the perfect place to be to explore S. Arizona!

Bluff is located in the middle of the most fantastic scenery on earth you can imagine. We made trips to national parcs like Monument Valley, Arches, Grand Canyon, Canyon Lands, Hovenweep, Natural bridges. The Santa Fe style house is beautifully decorated and located right next to the red rocks. It has all modern conveniences, big kitchen and garage and a enclosed garden with terrace and hot tub with views on the red rocks. You can start hikes or bike rides directly from the house and see amazing canyons and discover original Native Rockart. The sun practically always shines, even though we were there during november/ december. Our hosts were very helpful in assisting us get to the house and providing us with all the details needed to enjoy our stay there. Very nice beds and bathrooms. We had a incredibly beautifull exchange and we can only recommend this exchange highly to other exchangers.

What we said about Amsterdam's house:

We just returned from two weeks in Amsterdam - what an incredible city! The Dutch almost all speak English and were super friendly. We found it easy to visit other cities and the beautiful Dutch countryside using trains and trams. Amsterdam is the most bike-friendly city we have ever visited - rent a bike cheap at the train station and use it to explore the many museums and historic old neighborhoods. Our hosts kept in touch with us before and during our visit with lots of great tips and advice. Their apartment is ideally located for exploring the city and an easy tram or bike ride to the Central Station. It is super clean and comfortable with lots of natural light. We loved exploring the historic Joordan neighborhood with its many fine restaurants, great shops and pubs. We would definitely recommend this very popular exchange if you can swing it - you will not be disappointed!

We had a lot of e-mail correspondence leading up to the exchange, so we got to know each other a bit. That's always nice. We made a last minute request and they were willing to work it into their plans. The home was immaculate, open and spacious. The sound and lighting system were great and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. The area is just breathtaking.. We never knew Utah was so incredible. The rock formations in Bluff, and the surrounding area are beyond words. We've had a few conversations since the start of the exchange and we really feel good about the relationship and look forward to having them experience our home in the near future.

We made a fantastic exchange with Marti and David. There house is beautiful with a big living area. We were very comfortable. We enjoyed taking our dinner outside. Marti helped us in planning our trip to guide us at the best places. Utah and the for corners area are the place to go if you like nice weather, Natural Parks and hicking. We made day trip to Monument Valley, Mesa Verde National Park and Natural Bridges National Park. Canyonland N.P. and Arches N.P. in the beautiful city of Moab are less than 2 hours drive. We were able to visit the Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce Canyon before arriving to the house. Marti and David took good care of our home. They prepared their house to our need (we needed one more bicycle). We exchanged e-mails before and during the exchange. We highly recommand this exchange. Karine and Christian

What we said about Christian's house:

My husband and I just returned from a great visit to Montreal - what an incredible city! It felt like we dropped into Europe but without the pricey flights and jet-lag. We were able to enjoy both the Montreal Jazz and Circus Festivals during our stay. Both Montreal and Quebec City seem to have festivals going on constantly and the street life is incredible. We don't speak french but the French Canadians we met almost all spoke English and were super friendly. We found it easy to visit other cities and the beautiful Quebec countryside. Our hosts kept in touch with us before and during our visit with lots of great tips and advice. Their home is an easy tram ride to the heart of Montreal. It is super clean and comfortable with lots of natural light. We loved exploring historic Quebec City with its many fine restaurants and fascinating history. We would definitely recommend this exchange - you will not be disappointed!
