Never Feel Like A Tourist

We prefer to stay in a home rather than in a hotel. The home is bigger and suits better to a family

Where We Have Traveled

About 30 exchanges, in all continents except Africa

About Us

We are Marisol and Alberto, both teachers, and we have two well behaved daughters, Alicia (13) and Eva (12). We are homeexchangers since 2004 and have done 30 successful exchanges for both parties. We like reading, languages, music and travels with our daughters to know new countries, costums and cultures.

Why We Became Members

Because we prefer to stay in a home rather than in a hotel. The home is bigger and suits better to a family, in addition when you have two daughters. You can find books, music, movies, etc. You have to move in the city and you don’t feel like a tourist.

Our Most Memorable Exchange Story

It’s not easy to choose but this could be the story: in June 2011 we made an exchange with a family living in Singapore but coming from Australia, who stayed at home. Later we did an exchange in Beijing, China, with another family also coming from Australia and, in the middle of a conversation while talking about different places, we discovered that both families knew each other and had been working together. World is not that big.
