Was Sie an dieser Unterkunft lieben werden

Newly built apartment on 3. floor in residential area, called Sluseholmen, facing the Copenhagen harbour. The area is inspired by Amsterdam with channels criss crossing. The apt. is 85 m2, with three quite spacius bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a combined living/dining room. Two balconys, one balcony facing south-east to the harbour with a preserved green area on the other side of the harbour, the other balcony facing west with a view to the courtyard including playground. And yes there is an elevator.

The neighborhood is quite a mix between city and country side, new and old - and then toss in some interesting arcitecture. To start with the latter; the area with different houses and channels is inspired by the Borneo Island in Amsterdam - se link: http://www.e-architect.co.uk/amsterdam/borneo_photos.htm New and old: The newly built residential area is being mixed with an old and very laid back yacht club just in front of our windows, and on the other side of the harbour you can se small summer houses that have been there for decades, to the south there is the old flodgate regulating the stream through the harbour and a perfect spot for fishing. 5 minutes walk and you have a cosy coffee house and Irma, a quality supermarket and 3-5 other food options. City and countryside: You will live quietly by the water with the possibility of a morning swim in the public salt water pool or in the harbour both less than 100 meters away, 1½ km. to the driving range and with a view to a large green area. On the other hand it will take you less than 10 min to reach the city center by car ("Tivoli", main station etc). Even better is to go by bicycle. That will take you 15-20 min depending on route and exact destination. Best route is along the harbourfront - peacefull and green most of the way. Groovy Vesterbro full of hipsters is 10 min. away on bike. Bikes comes with the apartment - and this includes a cargobike if needed for kids or shopping. Public transport to city center (harbour ferry or bus) will take you aprox 15 min, taxi to airport 10-15 min.
