Our home is located in one of the newest areas in Abu Dhabi, Al Reem Island. Our high rise apartment building is beautifully outfitted with 3 pools, 2 gyms, 2 children’s play areas. The apartment
sits atop a new Boutique Mall with a lovely grocery store, several restaurants, coffee shops, and salons. Though you will want to visit the wonderful city of Abu Dhabi there is really no need to
leave this beautiful apartment.

Located close to many area attractions such as Abu Dhabi Mall, Sheik Zayed Mosque, Ferrari World, and Yas Waterworld.
The local fish market and vegetable market make trying new foods an adventure.
The abundance of affordable spas and salons make for a pampering paradise.

Sun Tower enjoys exceptional views of the gulf and mangroves, as well as the easy benefits of easy access to Abu Dhabi city centre. Residents benefit from excellent amenities shared with it’s
neighbor Sky Tower. The common podium includes a fitness and leisure center, spa with combined as well as separate male and female facilities including sauna and steam room, a shopping mall, and
restaurants. Outdoor sporting facilities include lap pool, infinity pool, children’s pool, yoga lawn, tennis and basketball courts. The towers are manned by 24 hour security and upper floors are only
accessible with resident security cards. Sun Tower is a 10 minute drive from Abu Dhabi downtown and Abu Dhabi mall and 20 minutes away from Abu Dhabi International airport. Public transportation is
available at the front door by bus and taxi. Both of which are wonderfully inexpensive. Our 2 bedroom apartment is located on one of the upper floors making for a beautiful view both day and night.
Our home is comfortable furnished and sleeps 2-4 people. Our apartment comes with the following amenities: 1 master bedroom with king size bed. 1 inflatable bed if needed. 1 master bath with
shower, tub, basin, toilet, and bidet, hair dryer, straightener. 1 half bathroom with basin, and toilet. All linens provided including bath and beach towels. A laundry room equipped
with a washer and dryer. Televisions in both the living room and master bedroom . A 4 seater dining table.
A galley kitchen with gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster oven, coffee maker. Dishes, pots, pans, etc.. are all
available. Our apartment is a comfy retreat with all the necessities of home. As educators we have found a wonderful home away from home here in Abu Dhabi. Originally from Texas, we have traveled
very little prior to our move here 2 years ago. This overseas teaching position has opened up so many opportunities for us to travel and see the world. We would like to share this opportunity with
others by making our home available to those like ourselves who are curious about other cultures and places. We have a simple but comfortable home. There is no fear of priceless antiques or expensive
vases but rather the ease of a family home that is loved and lived in. We are a non smoking family in a non smoking building. We are not pet owners so there are no worries for allergy sufferers.
