We are living here full time, and you will be welcomed to stay in our guest room. -Our guest room can accommodate 1 or 2 adults MAXIMUM. -Please kindly understand that our apartment is not suitable for kids. Therefore we do not accommodate children, so if you are traveling with kids, don’t ask to stay with us. Sorry for that. -It’s a 3 bedroom (+office +maids) duplex: you will be using the guest room (with en-suite bathroom) downstairs, and we have our bedroom upstairs as well as additional office/lounge space. So only the kitchen and living room have to be shared (each bedroom has it’s own en-suite bathroom). -Strictly no smoking inside. -Check-in & check-out depends on our availability of the day. Please communicate your time of arrival and we will see if one of us would be home at that time. If we both work until late night, then you might have to spend a few hours somewhere else before we can welcome you. We normally receive our work schedules approx 2 weeks in advance, so until then we cannot guarantee that we will be home at a certain time of the day. -We are both busy IT professionals with variable working hours (no classic office hours). Usually we will be away most of the day, but we might be getting up very early, or on the opposite, working very late and then coming back at 2am for example. If you are extremely sensitive and bothered by the sound of the coffee machine in the kitchen at 7am, or hearing someone coming back in the apartment at 2-3am, then this is maybe not for you. -We have no kids, but we have two cats: they are absolutely lovely, however it might not be the best for allergic people of course. We will also ask you to be extremely careful to keep doors closed, so that they don’t escape on the balcony or in the building (which they always try, so we have to watch out for them trying to escape every time we enter/exit the apartment) ______________________________________________________ >>> About our Home: A bright airy high-ceiling apartment in a dream location, surrounded by lakes -yet not far from the metro line and the famous Marina. The guest bedroom has a double bed, with it’s own en-suite bathroom with shower, and a private balcony. The room has its own independent air conditioning, and a roll curtain that you can open/close from your bed with a remote control. The living room is bright and decorated in a modern style, mainly black/grey/white with some wood elements and green plants. It’s a compound of low-rise buildings (6floors), and we have a duplex on the top floor with lake view. So you can be downstairs in minutes, walk a few meters and you are at the pool! ;-) We provide the bed linen and towels, and extra towel for the swimming pool if you wish. Our lovely cleaning lady is coming once a week (if it is during your stay, she will also clean your room) all included, we do not ask any extra fee for this. Drinking water, tea and coffee is also available in the kitchen at any time you wish.

Jumeirah Heights is a very privileged expats district, with 24h security service. The building is away from the main street noise (and most of our neighbors are very discrete, respectful people), so you will have calm nights. Very quit place, surrounded by beautiful lakes, it is perfect for anyone who likes running/biking/long walks along the water. At walking distance you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, fitness, hairdresser, etc. And with a very short (and cheap) taxi ride you will reach DMCC Metro station (previously called Jumeirah Lakes Towers), the classy Dubai Marina, or the beach district Jumeirah Beach Residence.
