"DEAR FRIENDS, WE ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN ACTUAL EXCHANGES (MOST LIKELY NON-SIMULTANEOUS WITH SECOND HOME OWNERS) SO NO GUEST POINTS PLEASE...!!. KINDLY ALSO NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES UNTIL AT LEAST Q4 2021, DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS AND IMPLICATIONS." Villa Kaniksa is a large villa, at 1000 sqm, right at the water edge, with private access to sea and snorkelling area in front. It has beautiful views and wonderful sunsets. There are 4 large bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom. We have a full team of staff (including a cook) looking after all your needs. Interior design is of a very high standard, with most furniture locally designed and manufactured. Our many guests describe Villa Kaniksa as 'paradise' and the combination of location, 5 star luxury and access to culture/nature makes a stay at our villa truly unique. We would expect the exchange property to be equally special....

Villa Kaniksa is located on the east coast of Bali, about 80 minutes drive from the airport, right in the heart of the quaint village of Candidasa; away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Legian, but with excellent restaurants, shops and entertainment areas at walking distance. This is the pristine part of Bali, with lots of culture, wonderful nature and very friendly people. Hence Villa Kaniksa provides a great mix of 5 star comfort and service, but with a 'real' Bali experience. For the active ones, there are many activities to participate in, including fishing, snorkelling, diving, rafting, hiking , climbing, but also cooking courses and visits to traditional markets and temples.

Zusätzliche Informationen

In terms of transportation, we recommend to take our airport transfer to Candidasa, and rent local transportation (car/(motor)bike) locally as and when needed. Prices are very reasonable, as we always use you own contacts. Our concierge is very knowledgeable and will help to arrange transportation, guides, access to activities etc. Villa Kaniksa has a full service concept, meaning that there is very little that you need to do yourself. That includes an in-house chef, who is available for in-house dining (we recommend the seafood barbecue and 'Bebek Betutu'). The staff is at your disposal at no additional cost. Food items will be expensed at cost plus a small margin. At this stage we are only interested in reciprocal exchanges, typically with other 'second home'- owners. Simultaneous exchanges are possible, but difficult to realise in our case. We are renting out Villa Kaniksa for parts of the year, however this will not be visible on the HomeExchange calendar (as it can't synchronise with our booking calendar). So even periods that will show as 'available for reciprocal exchange', might not always be. If you are interested to stay at Villa Kaniksa, during a period in which we are open for exchange, and if you have a unique property to exchange in return, please feel free to contact us.
