Was Sie an dieser Unterkunft lieben werden

Our flat is very luminous and modern (the interior is designed by me:) It's located on the 3rd floor of the building, and has a nice terrace with flowers and an outside couch. All rooms have natural light since one side of the flat overlooks the street, and the other the courtyard of the building. The building has an elevator, the courtyard was recently renovated and a garden with a small playground was added for the kids. The flat has its own parking spot, please let us know if you would like to use it. The public transport connection is perfect, you can reach the center by metro in 10 min (the metro stop is 2 min away.) There are stores, vegetables stands and bakery in a few min walking distance, and they are open in the weekend too.

The largest city park is only a few tram stops away, and since the building is located in a one way street, it's pretty quiet at night. If you would like to explore Budapest and reach the center fast, but you still want to get nice rest away from the tourists buzzing, this place is a perfect choice for you.

Zusätzliche Informationen

We have several herb plants on the terrace, you are welcome to use them for cooking.:) We have a friendly cat living with us, but if it's a problem for you, we can ask friends to watch her while your stay. PLEASE NOTE: We feel the need to state the following: Due to the fact that we have a cat living with us, it's impossible to get rid of all traces of cat hair in the flat (I assume pet owners know this). We try our best to clean it spotless, but it's our primary residence not an empty airbnb flat. Please don't send a request if you are allergic to it, or if it's a problem for you. Home exchange is about sharing homes and not hotel rooms. Thank you.
