Renovated apartment of two levels in a small building. Downstairs: living room with double sofa bed, balcony, kitchenette with window.Upstairs: bathroom, double bedroom with walk-in closet, bedroom with 2 single beds and bedroom with double sofa bed and a large window from which you can enjoy a fantastic view.

The house is located in the village, in front of the baby ski slopes.All the main services are close and can be reached by walk in few minutes: ski resort for all levels (open summer and winter), bars, restaurants, grocery stores, bank, post office, adventure park. The baby ski slopes and the cross-country ski slopes are right in front of the house.
Many opportunities for hiking directly from the house.

Prali is located in the Germanasca Valley just 1 hour and 15 minutes by car from Turin and 1454m above sea level, easily reachable by car all year round. It is one of the most authentic valleys in Piedmont, for lovers of the real mountains and the Occitan tradition.

Many outdoor activities to do in each season: alpine skiing and snowboarding, free ride skiing, cross country skiing, ice skating, mountain biking, climbing, hiking. Al piano inferiore: ingresso su soggiorno living con divano letto matrimoniale, balcone, sottoscala con credenze, cucinino con finestra.Al piano superiore: bagno, camera matrimoniale con cabina armadio, cameretta e camera con divano letto e ampia finestra da cui si gode una fantastica vista.

La casa si trova in paese, di fronte alle piste da sci baby e di fondo.Tutti i principali servizi sono vicini e raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti: seggiovia (aperta estate e inverno), bar, ristoranti, alimentari,banca, posta, tabaccheria, parco avventura. La pista da sci baby e la pista di sci di fondo sono proprio di fronte alla casa.
Per gli amanti delle passeggiate e dell'escursionismo, avrete l'imbarazzo della scelta.
