Amazing apartment with a spectacular view of Downtown Vancouver The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and a full size sofa bed in the living room. It sleeps 4 people comfortably. The living room and bedroom both have large flat screen TVs for your entertainment. A separate small dining area seats 2 and is perfect for romantic dinners with a view. The kitchen peninsula seats and additional 2 people. Our bathroom features a standard tub/shower combination. We have a small home office in our den which will remained locked were we store our belongings when exchanging. The front entry closet will also be locked. These are the only 2 areas you will not have access to. Features: in-suite laundry (washer/dryer), dishwasher, espresso machine, balcony, yoga mats, high speed internet and all the comforts you will need to enjoy your stay. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, and will make your stay in Vancouver incredibly comfortable and memorable. Building Amenities This building has its gym on the 8th floor so you will be able to use it as much as you like, it has a cafe right down on the first floor that opens at 6 am, so you can order anything from the menu and ask that they bring it upstairs. The building location is right in the center of downtown Vancouver, on the edge of the Yaletown neighborhood, well known for its trendy restaurants, cafes, bars and nightclubs. We are a 5 min walk to the Vancouver art gallery, and 15 min walk to the Seawall and Stanley park.

In the heart of downtown Vancouver's most popular area Yaletown, close to everything Granville St, Robson St etc. Ten min walk from the beach, coal harbour, Stanley Park, some of the best restaurants in the city, bus routes, sky train and more. Sky train - 2 min walk. Bus Route - 1 minute walk. Restaurants - 5 minute walk. Liquor store - 1 minute walk. Stanley Park - 15 minute walk. Grocery Store - 2 min walk English Bay Beach - 10 minute walk.

We don’t have pets, we don’t smoke and we are very organized people. Our place is strictly non-smoking and no pets. Cleaning service is available for $60 CAD once a week if needed. We can leave you instructions on how to do your cleaning and recycle the garbage since this is mandatory on the building.
