Our house is located in the hills of Moncalieri, a 5 minutes drive from the center of Moncalieri and a 10 minutes drive from the center of Turin. It is a secluded house surrounded by greenery, with a garden and an outdoor area equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs and barbecue where you can enjoy lunches or dinners outdoors in the summer.
We provide a portion of our large house, where we live upstairs.The access, independent and from the garden, lets you in a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen, where there is also a wood stove to increase the warmth of the room in winter and at the same time allows you to cook. The sofa bed is ideal for two children; upstairs there is the master bedroom with a private bathroom and on the same floor of the living area there is the laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer; you will also find sheets, towels and bath towels.
The house can be reached by car and for those who are not equipped with one, depending on the period we can make available one of our cars and our bikes.

Our house is perfect for those looking for a quiet stay in the middle of the forests that surround Turin. From there you can start numerous panoramic hilly hikes and at the same time, in a few minutes by car, you can reach the city center of Turin and visit its famous monuments such as the Royal Palace, the Mole Antonelliana, the Egyptian Museum or walk on the Lungo Po and in the Valentino park.
With short trips by car you can reach the Savoy Residences such as the palace of Venaria, the hunting lodge of Stupinigi or the Royal Castle of Racconigi.
In winter you can easily reach the ski resorts of Sestriere and the Olympic area of the Milky Way, Bardonecchia, Limone Piemonte or Prato Nevoso.
In less than an hour drive you can reach the famous town of Alba and make food and wine experiences in the Langhe.

The minimum stay required for our home is four nights.
We will deliver our house clean and tidy, please take care of it and leave it in the same condition.
If you prefer we can call a cleaning company at a cost of 80 Euros.

La nostra casa si trova nella collina di Moncalieri, a 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Moncalieri ed a 10 dal centro di Torino. E' una casa indipendente in mezzo al verde con giardino ed area esterna attrezzata con tavolo, sedie, sdrai e barbecue dove poter gustare pranzi o cene all'aperto nella bella stagione.
Mettiamo a disposizione una porzione della nostra grande casa, noi abitiamo al piano di sopra, l'accesso è indipendente dal giardino in un ampio soggiorno living con due divani, la TV, una cucina ben dotata ed attrezzata, c'è anche una stufa a legna per aumentare il calore dell'ambiente nel periodo invernale e nel contempo cucinare;
al piano superiore si trova la camera da letto matrimoniale, una tavernetta con un divano letto e l'ampio bagno con vasca e doccia.
Sullo stesso piano della zona giorno c'è la lavanderia attrezzata di lavatrice ed asciugatrice, inoltre troverete lenzuola asciugamani e teli bagno.
La casa è raggiungibile in auto, la nostra via non è servita da mezzi pubblici, il bus più vicino passa in piazza Freguglia a 1,7 Km dalla nostra casa.

La nostra casa è perfetta per chi vuole un soggiorno tranquillo in mezzo al verde da cui poter partire a piedi per numerosi percorsi panoramici collinari ma allo stesso tempi in pochi minuti d'auto può raggiungere il centro della città di Torino e visitare i suoi famosi monumenti come il Palazzo Reale, la Mole Antonelliana, il Museo Egizio o passeggiare sul Longo Po e nel parco del Valentino.
Con brevi spostamenti in auto si possono raggiungere le Residenze Sabaude come la reggia di Venaria, la palazzina di caccia di Stupinigi o il Castello Reale di Racconigi.
Nel periodo invernale si possono facilmente raggiungere la stazioni sciistiche di Sestriere ed il comprensorio olimpico della Via Lattea, Bardonecchia, Limone Piemonte o Prato Nevoso.
In meno di un'ora di macchina si può raggiungere la famosa citta di Alba e fare esperienze enogastronomico nelle Langhe.

Vi consegneremo la nostra casa pulita e ordinata, siete pregati di averne cura e lasciarla nelle stesse condizioni.
Qualora preferiate possiamo chiamare un'impresa di pulizia al costo di 80 Euro.
